Low threshold

It is of utmost importance to create community scenes accessible not only in physical but also in mental terms both for the purpose to develop social solidarity and guarantee equal opportunities for the individual groups. We need places where the individuals do not feel that they should not be there for one reason or another.

Low threshold can be interpreted, on the one hand, in physical and on the other, in mental terms. In the first interpretation it is a place which is easy to reach and each member of the target community can actually enter the place (for example, accessible, or is located at a point of the settlement that can be reached easily by anybody). In mental terms it is a place where ’threshold-fear’ can be combated, and it is easy for the individuals to make the first step to actually take into possession the community area.
