Participation in the evaluation of the institution
Socialisation may be successful if continuous feedback is received on both the work of your institution and on the extent to which the involvement of individuals and their communities can be regarded as successful from the aspect of those concerned, what elements of the new operating mode should be kept and what should be changed. The method to be chosen as the means of social evaluation for local use depends on the number of people living in the town or village, the tasks of the institution, the number of people and communities cooperating in the socialised operating mode and a wide variety of other aspects. There is one criterion however, that must be met, regardless of the evaluation method chosen, and that is: regularity. This is said because the evaluation process and its various occasions make it possible to work out and shape the institution’s operations on the basis of real and actual social needs and requirements.
